Humanness.

In my life I have learned that I came here to share a deeper understanding of what it means to be human. Of what it means to exist as the most authentic version of myself and to continue to show up in that way. 

Sharing and living through the uniqueness that one inherently has within them is a continual practice of courage and vulnerability. It takes bravery to lean in & receive all that we are here to be.

The next time you doubt yourself, have gratitude for the opportunity to show up as your unique self. Your true essence will always prevail. And when things feel heavy, there is always light in the cracks. Your body knows the way forward as you grow and expand, it always will.

The highest form of honestly is honoring yourself above any noise, any opinions. That is the true essence of being, which takes courage in our wild, spinning world.
